Knowledge Hub

The Knowledge Hub is your organization’s centralized library for templates, documentation, and device specifications. It stores the reusable knowledge that powers your maintenance operations.

Content Purpose
Work Templates Standardized procedures (SOPs) with step-by-step task checklists
Case Templates Predefined problem/solution pairs for common issues
Files Searchable documents uploaded by your team

Device documentation (manuals, datasheets) is attached to device models, which are maintained in Master Data > Devices.

  • Knowledge retention — Institutional knowledge is captured and available to all team members
  • Onboarding — New team members can learn from existing templates and documentation

If you manage Customer Workspaces (as a service provider or manufacturer), you can share Work Templates and other knowledge resources with your customers. This ensures consistent procedures across your entire service network.
