For WAKU Care to analyze, visualize, and use machine data for triggers and strategies, your machines must send data to WAKU Care. This page describes where the data comes from.
MQTT as the data integration
Section titled “MQTT as the data integration”WAKU Care offers an MQTT API for a scalable and secure integration between machine and platform. An MQTT client on or near the machine publishes the operational data (missions, errors, measurements), which WAKU Care then assigns to the respective device.
Each device is identified by its WAKU device id, so incoming data is mapped to the correct device.
