Insights

The Insights of work orders give you an overview of the maintenance performed over a period. Open them via the Insights tab in the work orders overview.

Choosing a period

At the top you select a period (the last 7 days by default). All charts refer to this period.

Available charts

Chart	Content
Finished (by tag)	Distribution of finished work orders by maintenance tags
Resolve time	How long finished work orders took on average
Device utilization	Utilization of devices by the maintenance performed
By status / tag / period	Distribution of work orders by status and tag over time

This helps you see, for example, which kinds of maintenance dominate, where resolve times are long, and which devices are maintained particularly often.
