Bulk Add

With Bulk Add you create work orders for many devices in one step — ideal, for example, to set up a recurring maintenance for a whole group of devices.

Selecting devices (filters)

First, narrow down the target devices using filters:

• Manufacturer
• Device model
• Device tags

From the matches a list is generated automatically — one work order per device. Devices can be removed individually from the list before creating.

Assigning shared fields

Then you set values that apply to all generated work orders:

Field	Description
Title	Shared title; the device name is appended automatically
Maintenance tags	Tags for all generated work orders
Work template	Loads the tasks/checklist into every work order
Responsible	Assignee for all work orders
Service job	Optionally assign all work orders to a service job (incl. adopting its dates)
Planned for / duration	Planned start and duration; the expected end is calculated

Creating

In a preview table you review the device list and the derived titles. The create button then creates all work orders at once.
