Insights
The Insights of the Service Jobs area summarize what work occurred across your Service Jobs over a period. Open them via the Insights tab in the Service Jobs overview.
Choosing a period
Section titled “Choosing a period”At the top you select a period (the last 30 days by default). All charts refer to the Service Jobs planned within this period.
Available charts

| By maintenance tag | Distribution of maintenances by assigned maintenance tags |
| By case tag | Distribution of cases by assigned case tags |
| Maintenances distribution | Frequency of maintenances across Service Jobs |
| Cases distribution | Frequency of cases across Service Jobs |
This helps you see, for example, which kinds of cases or maintenances dominate your service visits, so you can plan resources more deliberately.
