Insights

The Insights of the Service Jobs area summarize what work occurred across your Service Jobs over a period. Open them via the Insights tab in the Service Jobs overview.

At the top you select a period (the last 30 days by default). All charts refer to the Service Jobs planned within this period.

By maintenance tag Distribution of maintenances by assigned maintenance tags
By case tag Distribution of cases by assigned case tags
Maintenances distribution Frequency of maintenances across Service Jobs
Cases distribution Frequency of cases across Service Jobs

This helps you see, for example, which kinds of cases or maintenances dominate your service visits, so you can plan resources more deliberately.
