Views
The Service Jobs overview offers three interchangeable views. Use the view switcher to move between table, timeline, and calendar — the active filtering (e.g. by deployment) is preserved.
The table view lists all Service Jobs with their key fields. Columns:
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Warnings | Indicator icon when a job needs attention |
| Name | The job’s name |
| Planned for / until | Start and end time (in the deployment’s timezone) |
| Deployment | The associated site |
| Address | The job’s address (with a maps link) |
| Primary reason | The triggering case or maintenance |
| Cases / Maintenances | Number of linked cases and maintenances |
| Assignees | Assigned technicians |
The table can be sorted and narrowed down via the global filters.
Timeline (Gantt)
Section titled “Timeline (Gantt)”The timeline view shows Service Jobs as bars on a time axis — ideal for spotting workload and overlaps. You can choose between two groupings:
- By Service Jobs — Each row is a job; the contained maintenances are placed on the time axis.
- By technicians — Each row is a technician, so you can see at a glance who is scheduled when.
Calendar
Section titled “Calendar”The calendar view shows Service Jobs as events in a day, week, or list layout.
- Create — Select a time range to create a new Service Job with start and end pre-filled.
- Move & resize — Drag an event to a different time or change its length to adjust the planned period (if you have edit rights for the deployment).
