Use in Cases

When a device is attached to a case, WAKU Care uses smart search to show matching knowledge base proposals directly in the case. This gives handlers solution guidance without leaving the page.

  1. The case has an attached device (and therefore a device model).
  2. WAKU Care searches the documentation attached to that device model, matched to the case content.
  3. Relevant document sections are shown as proposals.

A matching proposal can be added into the case as text with one click (e.g. as a solution suggestion). This brings existing knowledge from manuals and instructions directly into case handling.
